Register to Vote in Ireland

EN: Register to Vote in Local and European Elections before 20 May 2024

If you are a Luxembourg citizen residing in Ireland, you have the right to vote in European and local elections. Here are instructions how to do so based on your situation:

If you have a PPS number: You can make your application to register directly online at checktheregister.ie.

If you do not have a PPS number: You must get an EP1 form available to print here (https://checktheregister.ie/en-IE/forms) from your local authority (County Council), Garda Station or Post Office and get it witnessed by a Garda at a Garda Station along with your identification.

Voting in the local elections, European Parliament, and Limerick Mayoral elections will be held on Friday, 7 June 2024.

Polling stations will open from 7am to 10pm.

You must be registered to vote by Monday, 20^th May 2024 in order to be able to vote in these elections.

Si vous êtes un ressortissant luxembourgeois résidant en Irlande, vous avez le droit de voter aux élections européennes et locales. Voici les instructions à suivre en fonction de votre situation.

Si vous avez un numéro PPS : vous pouvez faire votre demande d'inscription directement en ligne sur checktheregister.ie.

Si vous n'avez pas de numéro PPS : vous devez obtenir un formulaire EP1 disponible pour impression ici (https://checktheregister.ie/en-IE/forms) auprès de votre autorité locale (County Council), Garda Station ou Post Office et le faire authentifier par un Garda dans un Garda Station avec votre pièce d'identité.

Le vote pour les élections locales, le Parlement européen et l'élection du maire de Limerick aura lieu le vendredi 7 juin 2024.

Les bureaux de vote seront ouverts de 7h à 22h.

Vous devez être inscrit sur les listes électorales avant le lundi 20 mai 2024 pour pouvoir voter lors de ces élections.
